Nearly a Decade of Bringing Vintage Arcade Magic to Worthy Farm
Pinball Alley's Glastonbury journey began in 2016 with a handful of pinball machines and a lot of determination. Since then, we've become part of the festival's story, creating unforgettable arcade and fairground experiences enjoyed by thousands of festival-goers.
From our early days at West Holts and Leftfield to becoming part of the iconic Glastonbury-on-Sea pier, we've returned year after year with original pinball machines, vintage video games, penny arcade attractions and traditional fairground favourites including Hook-a-Duck, High Striker and the Lighthouses of Lightning.
Working alongside the incredible Glastonbury-on-Sea team, we've helped create one of the festival's most unique and nostalgic attractions, welcoming visitors of all ages and even the occasional famous face.

Glastonbury Festival 2025 – Five Years on the Pier
2025 marked our fifth year bringing vintage entertainment to the legendary Glastonbury-on-Sea pier, and it was one of our most exciting appearances yet.
We were thrilled to welcome a visit from Michael Eavis himself, along with Jo Rush and Ale Wreckage, as thousands of festival-goers enjoyed the full Pinball Alley experience.
This year’s lineup included crowd favourites like Hook-a-Duck, our vintage Pinball Alley arcade, the Lighthouses of Lightning buzz wire challenge, and the always-popular One Hit Wonder high striker.
Glastonbury on Sea Vintage Arcade on the Pier 2024
For Glastonbury Festival 2023, Pinball Alley returned to the legendary Glastonbury-on-Sea pier with a full lineup of vintage madness and hands-on fun.
Festival-goers were treated to our seaside-style Pinball Arcade, classic High Striker, the wildly popular Bingo Dick, and the ever-challenging Giant Buzz Lighthouse — also known as the Lighthouses of Lightning. Even the local police couldn’t resist giving it a go… proving that the steady hand of the law is real!
From laughter and lights to serious buzzes and bell rings, this setup brought retro charm and playful chaos to the nation’s biggest festival.

We returned to Glastonbury 3rd year on the pier 5th year as pinball alley and too many years of going and being part of this event we have grown with this festival since 1984

The Worlds biggest festival and the only inland pier Glastonbury On Sea the birthplace of Pinball Alley. This year we provided Hook A Duck penny Arcade & Pinball alley and Loads of BBC coverage!

Nothing sums up the quintessential British seaside holiday destination like the resort’s pier.
Joe Rush’s brand new area for Glastonbury Festival 2019 is centered around a 70m re-purposed steel pleasure pier and features everything a good pier should. From its enticing entrance to the end-of-the-pier Robot Pavilion, with arcades, attractions and sideshows along the way.
Working closely with Joe & His amazing team we returned 3rd year to our spiritual home with a real pier & arcade.....
Glastonbury Festival Leftfield Market 2017
Back for a second year and the weather was kinder to us located in market area near Leftfield stage .. The police loved it and we loved them!
West Holts Glastonbury 2016
Our First year at Glastonbury and to say it went down a storm was making no refence to the weather that year.
We carried the machines through rain mud and we lost our vans to the gods of muddy Glastonbury.
